Telemedicine

Home   Telemedicine
Telemedicine ensures increased access to healthcare, quicker diagnoses, and more tools for managing chronic conditions. For example: If your child is an athlete or playing on the playground and happens to suffer an asthma attack, the school nurse has access to a physician via video conferencing and can examine his/her lungs with the use of a digital stethoscope. The physician can then determine the proper care/medicine, and it can be quickly administered.
